Apparently even Hu Jintao is concerned about this (and if Hu is concerned, you know corruption must be through the roof...oh wait, that's not right...it's probably a power struggle). Anyways, there was one thing in that cable that I had a question on. It says the Nanking military officials are less corrupt. I know there are smarty pants Chinese who read this blog.
