Washington source, a person whom I know and trust, has read and confirmed
Tatsumi’s account of the mood there. It is being circulated among national
security folks in Japan as well according to a Tokyo source.
Her
take on Abe may be off the mark, but her take on Washington appears to be
highly reliable. Let’s hope the Abe administration takes heed.
